Cancellation of service is initiated exclusively by the account holder via a direct telephone call to the Red Oak retention and cancellation department. Written notifications, including but not limited to letters and postcards, are not accepted forms of cancellation.
A minimum of one week’s notice is required to schedule the cancellation of services. The final day of service, which requires payment in full up to that date, is defined as the day the Red Oak-owned carts are successfully removed from the customer’s property. The date of this final pickup is to be mutually agreed upon by both parties, and in most instances, will coincide with the customer’s regularly scheduled service day.
On the agreed-upon final service date, the customer is responsible for ensuring all Red Oak trash and recycling carts are placed curbside for removal. The carts will be collected by a separate team designated for cart retrieval. Should Red Oak be unable to remove its carts from the premises due to a circumstance or condition not caused by Red Oak’s actions or negligence, the customer will be held financially responsible for the full replacement cost of the carts and will be billed accordingly.
One-time payments can be made using Visa or MasterCard. MAKE A PAYMENT ›
